Pediatric ICU, hospice, and/or end-of-life care experience preferred. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: The Palliative Care Department is part of the Levine Children's Specialty Center, located at 1001 Blythe Blvd, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28203 . Levine Children’s Specialty Center provides outpatient pediatric specialty care, while the palliative care team partners closely with inpatient families to support children with complex medical needs. The Palliative Care Nurse Coordinator provides direct patient care and care coordination for pediatric patients and their families. This role includes conducting bedside visits for symptom assessment and management, delivering family education on disease progression and goals of care, and documenting all interactions in EMR while communicating clinical updates to the care team.
