Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: COUNSELOR SOCIAL WORKER SUMMARY: Provide evidence-based individual, group, family, and educational services including assessment and psychotherapy. Document clinical and consultative activities in patient electronic medical record. Participates as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to help assure the most appropriate treatment of patients. Works to develop and promote the programs and objectives of the department. REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Idaho One to three years of experience in a mental health setting required. Experience in multiple therapy techniques preferred. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Conduct evaluation of patients and collaborate with healthcare team members to support the emotional, mental, environmental, bio-psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and/or their family/caregivers, as applicable.
