Job description

The main function of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure optimal guest experiences. This position will require you to multitask, meet the needs of guests, collaborate with co-workers, keep a neat and tidy physical appearance, preserve all sanitation and food handling and safety procedures. Essential Functions: - Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor. - Maintain knowledge of all food items on service lines, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens. - Maintain knowledge of unit offerings and operating procedures to aid guests in inquiries, seeking the aid of a supervisory if necessary. - Comply with HACCP regulations and procedures. - Prepare service lines by cleaning and sanitizing, turning on hot and cold wells, and ensuring the proper display of menus. - Set up serving stations with all required menu items, service utensils, food containers, utensils, condiments, and items for cleaning and sanitizing. - Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, cleaning as necessary and when required by standard operating procedures. - Take and record food temperatures at required intervals. - Replenish items on service lines from coolers, ovens, an...
