HCC Risk Adjustment Coding Coordinator - ( 26003167 ) Description UI Health Care has a new opportunity for an HCC Risk Adjustment Coding Coordinator to join Finance and Accounting's Revenue Integrity team. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) risk coding to optimize risk-adjusted payment models and improve patient outcomes. Under the direction of the Risk Adjustment Program Manager, the HCC Risk Adjustment Coding Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the UI Health Care Risk Coding Program, including but not limited to pre-visit coding support, provider and coder education, and post-visit auditing. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of risk coding methodologies and risk adjustment, and the ability to drive compliance and performance across multiple departments in a complex healthcare environment.
