Your Impact Join our Wulkuraka manufacturing site as a Control & Automation Lead , where you’ll shape how automation supports plant performance across our packaging operations. You’ll lead the technical improvement strategy across people, processes, and machines within the control & automation space, supporting a complex manufacturing environment with a wide range of equipment and systems. This role is focused on setting direction, prioritising the right work, and enabling your team and stakeholders to deliver effective automation outcomes. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with trades, reliability, and external partners to improve system performance, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. While you’ll bring strong technical capability, your focus will be on guiding priorities, influencing outcomes, and ensuring the right problems are being solved — rather than being hands-on with programming day-to-day.
