About this role The Vice President, Solutions Engineering Lead is a senior technical and client‑facing leadership role within the Aladdin Wealth Solutions Engineering team. The role requires a rare combination of deep technical credibility, strong client presence, and the ability to own complex opportunities end‑to‑end. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead complex Tier‑1 sales opportunities end‑to‑end, from early discovery and structuring, RFP processes and in-depth due diligence, through to handover to implementation. - Lead solution narratives that clearly articulate architecture, operating model design, trade‑offs, and implementation implications to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Drive deal momentum by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams. - Design, validate, and challenge complex solutions across Aladdin Wealth, including integration architectures, platform configuration, and multi‑entity operating models. - Maintain sufficient technical depth to read and reason through code in order to validate feasibility, assess complexity, and engage credibly with engineering team...
