Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations. - Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies. - Experience leading day-to-day operations and initiatives across an organization. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives across an organization. - Experience in data analysis and building spreadsheets or dashboards to explore hypotheses and develop strategic recommendations for organizational investments. - Experience with SQL and ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights. - Strong problem-solving skills, impeccable business judgment, and skilled at stakeholder management and communicating with executive leadership.
