Job Description: The Polisher plays a crucial role in achieving the strategic objectives of the service center—ensuring excellence in delivery lead times, repair quality, performance, and cost efficiency. The Polisher is responsible for restoring the aesthetic integrity of watch cases, bracelets, and other external components to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Precision, consistency, and respect for the brand’s heritage are essential to success in this role.
