We’re seeking a full-time Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). This position follows a 36-hour schedule, working 12-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., with a requirement to work every third weekend. This role is ideal for a motivated EMT who thrives in a dynamic care environment and values teamwork and dependable scheduling. Our Emergency Medical Technicians respond to both non-emergent and emergent requests for medical transportation, provide emergency and non-emergency care predominantly in the hospital environment, and, when required, in the pre-hospital environment, all within the scope of practice, and also provide safe and efficient transportation of the patient to the appropriate facility or residence.
