Overview POWER BI SME (CORPIT): Bowhead seeks a Power BI SME to join an established team in Dahlgren, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI. This role will be responsible for leading the development of Power BI solutions, driving data-driven decision-making, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities: Essential functions include but are not limited to: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Establish and promote best practices for Power BI development, including data governance, data quality, and performance optimization. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members on Power BI and data visualization techniques. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the Power BI skills of team members and stakeholders. - Project Management: Lead and manage Po...
