Summary Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Competitive Intelligence plays a key role in advancing the organization’s enterprise strategy through strategic planning and reporting, competitive intelligence, and executive decision support. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, Global Strategy. The Manager / Senior Manager works closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and volunteer leaders to translate market dynamics, organizational priorities, and data into clear recommendations and decision-ready materials. The Manager / Senior Manager supports the enterprise strategic planning process, contributes to high-priority strategic initiatives, plays an important role in the competitive intelligence capability, and applies AI-enabled workflows to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of research, synthesis, and reporting.
