Description A Retail Team Member is a friendly seasonal hourly employee that safely stocks, sells merchandise goods, and has exceptional Guest service skills. Requirements: Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist Guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise and services. - Assist Guests with renting and accessing lockers. - Assist Guests with renting strollers and wheelchairs. - Assist lost children and parents. - Operate point of sale equipment. - Adhere to all credit card handling procedures. - Keep merchandise racks and shelves stocked and organized. - Price retail items using pricing tools and supplies. - Maintain cleanliness of retail store, fitting rooms, storage rooms, strollers, lockers and cabanas. - Assist team Lead and Supervisor with inventory control. - Assist team Lead and Supervisor with merchandise orders and receiving deliveries. - Be friendly, smile, and greet Guests. - Maintain a safe working environment. - Report Guests that do not pay for goods or services. - Perform other duties as assigned.
