FAMILY BASED MENTAL HEALTH WORKER Full-Time in Philadelphia, PA Salary Range: $46k-$52k depending on experience The Mental Health Worker will be responsible for collaboration with team members to implement goals identified by the family in the treatment plan, access community resources, and assist family members and other care takers in developing skills to access other systems supports. This passionate individual works with the family to identify appropriate referrals and supports the family with those referrals. In addition, the Mental Health Worker assists with skill building activities as identified in the treatment plan and coordinates activities including interagency team meetings. Responsibilities will also include client/family support and counseling, documentation, client/family outreach, systems outreach, school consultation, and crisis intervention and prevention.
