Key Responsibilities: - 15% Identify, drive and participate in benefits strategy development and determining ROI for potential plan changes - 20% Manage various projects end-to-end from development & documentation to implementation - 5% Conduct competitive analyses as needed - 5% Produce presentations for leadership team - 10% Acts as a steward for the strategic vision, accountable for the integration of program/project work - 5% Develop in-depth knowledge of THD business and develop a close working relationship with strategic business partners - 15% Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions - 5% Engage colleagues by asking thought-provoking questions; maintaining an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions - 10% Under direction, manage vendor performance on an continuous basis - 10% Provide guidance to Benefits Administra...
