Job Title: French-bilingual Client Operations Support Associate About your role: At Fiserv, the French-bilingual Client Operations Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting client and merchant operations by delivering exceptional service, resolving complex issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for TD-acquired merchants and internal Sales Advisors, providing high-quality Level 2 support through inbound phone and email interactions.
