Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques. - Develop and deliver presentations. - Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies. - Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals. - Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function. - Knowledge of building components life cycle values and maintenance requirements. - Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. - Ability to provide technical guidance and/or supervision to architects, structural engineers, and independent building contractors. - Knowledge of the operating practices of construction, architectural, and building firms. - Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. - Knowledge of federal, s...
