Cosmax Prestige Brands is Australia’s leading independent luxury fragrance and beauty distributor and has been so for over 30 years. Our brands include Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, Bvlgari, Acqua di Parma, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Montblanc, Issey Miyake, Elie Saab, Kenzo, Guerlain, and many more. We are currently seeking either a State Manager to join our Victorian team. This is a rewarding and challenging position best suited to an individual with proven experience within the department store environment and who has worked in a similar role within the retail industry. About the role: Ultimately this is a sales role and your key focus will be to maintain and grow the retail sales within your territory which incorporates greater Melbourne. Calendar control will be essential as you ensure you visit your stores on a regular basis. While you are there you will be working to maintain existing relationships and develop new ones, ensuring all in-store displays meet our standards, look for ways to increase our brand coverage and sales, and checking in on your teams of beauty consultants, counter managers and specialists to provide them with guidance, training and feedback.
