Job DetailsJob Location: Boston - Whitinsville, MA 01588Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 SalaryJob Category: ManagementThe Manager, Client Services supports the members of the Client Services team by providing operational support and facilitation of daily processes, and delivering and sustaining the highest level of client service. In this role, the Manager, Client Services will help fuel Access’ growth by meeting account revenue goals driving revenue generation efforts and new business development within existing accounts. What you’ll do: Assist in the oversight of project timelines, ensuring projects remain on time, on strategy, and on budget Provide support to the Sr. Managers on client calls, as well as take the lead when necessary Identify opportunities to upsell within current accounts; work with management to develop a strategy for expanding into additional areas of their business including meetings and events Support the Client Services team in development of project budgets and proactively manage internal client resources to meet overall account revenue goals Work closely with the Director, Production and Director, Project Management to ensure...
