P&C Operations Trainee

Job description

As a trainee, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: - Partner with P&C Operations teams to understand what colleagues need (and when) to run processes well, and translate that into clear documentation requirements - Learn SCOR’s approach to information architecture (how we organise, label and publish content) and apply it so people can quickly find the right guidance - Work with the team to simplify technical and operational information (process steps, controls, roles and responsibilities) into practical guidance for end users - Edit and proofread content before review by process owners (accuracy, structure, tone, and alignment to SCOR standards) - Create high-quality documentation, guides and tutorials (e.g., new ways of working, process improvements, governance and controls) - Keep content up to date by refreshing documentation when processes, tools or governance change, and by applying version control and clear change notes - Mentorship from P&C Operations colleagues and exposure to how an international (re)insurer runs its core processes - A strong writing portfolio of real business deliverables (process guides, FAQs, communications and playbooks) What you wi...
