ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: - Oversee Youth Academy Training days and assist with field set-up and field care. - Serve as onsite point of contact for Youth Academy events. - Assist with Youth Academy/Youth Baseball & Softball special events including but not limited to PLAYBALL, tournaments, and try-outs. - Proactively communicate with coaches and staff to resolve any issues that may emerge before, during, or after events at the facility. - Understanding of the policies and rules of high school baseball and softball. Experience running youth baseball tournaments and/or camps preferred. - Oversee gameday operations of RBI league play at the Rangers Youth Academy. - Meet with each team’s coach and umpires as needed prior to games. - Communicate any potential schedule changes related to weather or unforeseen circumstances. - Record all scores and final results. - Operate Gamechanger for all Nike RBI league play. - All other duties assigned.
