The Payments, Cards, Lending & FinTech Segment Leader serves as the primary relationship and business owner for a portfolio of NTT DATA Banking and Financial Services clients across a designated regional territory. This executive leadership role drives customer satisfaction, revenue expansion, and account profitability while shaping the future growth of the segment. With deep domain expertise across Payments & Cards, Consumer and Commercial Lending, and the FinTech ecosystem, the Segment Leader oversees complex, multi-service client engagements with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, strategic growth, service excellence, and long-term client success.
