Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site. Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime. Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training. Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements. Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
