Job description

Responsible for monitoring quality, temperature, and accuracy of inventory supplies for patients' and non-patients’ meals. Maintains and ensures cleanliness and sanitation in work areas in compliance with policies and procedures. Principal Accountabilities: Provides supplies needed for production of patient and non-patient meals. Maintains inventory of all groceries, meats, frozen items, paper goods replacements and menu items on daily basis for ordering purposes. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
