The IT Site Leader for the Avio Aero Bielsko-Biała Plant serves as the primary bridge between Plant Operations and the broader Digital Technology organization. This role ensures seamless IT support, strategic alignment, and adoption of digital solutions at the site level to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Internally, the role is called: Digital Technology Site Leader (DTSL). Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: As an Digital Technology Site Leader for Avio Aero Bielsko- Biała Plant, you will be responsible for: Operational Excellence and Business Continuity: Ensure Site issues / needs are properly taken in charge and fully resolved / supported by effectively collaborating with DT central teams (End User Support, Cybersecurity team, Infrastructure & Network and Product teams).
