Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Support Specialist/Receptionist for our office in Auburn Hills, Michigan. As the first line of communication, this role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment for international and domestic customers, vendors, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a poised and professional demeanor, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance. Responsibilities include: Greet visitors at the Saab office. Maintain an accurate visitor log and distribute badges. Provide professional phone coverage at all times; screen calls and use independent judgment to determine which require immediate attention. Overall management of busy calendars. Coordinate and schedule meetings. Process and track expense reimbursements. Maintain and update contact lists. Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
