Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Opera’s Global Talent Acquisition Team and support hiring across multiple international locations. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while helping attract top talent to Opera. Working within a collaborative and globally distributed team, you will contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement of hiring practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to gain exposure to international hiring and develop expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced technology company. Role & Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment processes for international hiring projects across technical and non-technical functions. Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
