Senior Vice President, International Compliance Governance & Strategy (Ireland)

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance leader to act as SVP, International Compliance Governance & Strategy (Ireland). This position is responsible for defining and overseeing the Ireland compliance governance architecture, within International Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving execution, and ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of compliance frameworks across our Irish entities, while maintaining appropriate local regulatory specificity. The role will also act as a senior coordination and alignment point across Irish entity CCOs, providing strategic direction, prioritisation and consistency of approach. In addition, the role will provide flexible, generalist compliance support across Ireland on key initiatives, including new products, regulatory change, and strategic business developments.
