Associate Manager - Operations

Job description

As the Associate Manager - Operations, you will manage priorities in a customer-centered warehouse environment that generally has ten or less employees without additional levels of leadership on site and no people leaders as direct reports. You will have at least two or more direct reports, which can include Operations Associates, Drivers and/or an Administrative Coordinator. You will interact with other internal departments such as Sales in addition to external customer support and interactions. You will provide customer service through order fulfilment and problem resolution. You will oversee key performance indictors (KPIs) to maintain and improve service quality. You will support both the Marietta and Canton locations, traveling between them as business needs require. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Working Environment: Warehouse – Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment.
