Position Summary: Designs, develops, and enhances Clinical Utilization Management (UM) decision automation applications and platforms to meet business objectives and improve end‑user experience. Collaborates with Clinical UM stakeholders and cross‑functional technology teams to assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, rules‑based application solutions. Drives solution quality through clear requirements definition, acceptance criteria, and partnership in testing and release activities.
