As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting station performance through people-led solutions, driving engagement and capability across a highly skilled workforce. You’ll influence strategic decisions and have the opportunity to think and lead differently, as we continue our defueling journey and progress towards our transfer to Nuclear Restoration Services. This role is based on site at our Dungeness B Power Station in Kent, where you'll be with the team 3/4 days a week, but we're really happy to discuss flexible options to make it work for us and you.
