Company: Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd What you’ll be doing: Hastings Deering is seeking a dedicated Health and Response Management Specialist to join our Health and Wellbeing team at our head office in Acacia Ridge . This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role providing frontline support in emergency response, health promotion and injury management. As a Health and Response Management Specialist , you will: Provide first response and advanced first aid support and advice across branches in Southeast Queensland and the Northern Territory. Provide early intervention and injury management, including coordinating medical treatment and return to work support. Contribute to the delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives, including screenings, education and campaigns. Support the delivery of emergency management training, including first aid, fire evacuation drills and manual handling. Help maintain accurate and confidential injury management records in line with company policies and legislation.
