Key Responsibilities Accounting Leadership & Oversight: - Provide managerial- and controller-level support across accounting and finance processes. - Partner with accounting leadership on enhancing efficiencies of close processes, financial analysis, and controls using technology and process redesign - Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership on AI governance. Systems, Automation & Data Integration: - Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across accounting workflows. - Implement and leverage AI Agent tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to optimize daily financial operations. - Build and maintain data integrations between accounting systems, sub-ledgers, reporting tools, and operational systems. - Serve as a finance-side subject matter expert for accounting systems and related tools. - Partner with internal teams and vendors during systems implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
