Location St Ives, NSW, Australia Role Purpose: The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: As a Disability Support Worker, you will support clients living with a range of disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities. Some clients may also present with complex needs and behaviours of concern. Role Overview: This role is based at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance St Ives Day Centre and offers the opportunity to support clients by transporting them from their homes to attend day programs, or by providing support directly at the centre. This is a permanent part-time position offering approximately 18 hours per week, with day shifts scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM .
