Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Team Lead, Laboratory Support Services to join our team! Position Summary: Assumes responsibility for monitoring adherence to PNHS and Laboratory policies and procedures. Participates in planning, implementing and directing of programs, procedures and staffing to ensure uninterrupted quality personalized care and service to our customers. Required Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year related experience Must be willing to maintain competence through continuing education Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: For Phlebotomy: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Certification Agency (NCA) certification recommended.
