Job Description Senior Human Resources Generalist — Springfield, MO Manufacturing ONSITE Location & Facility Overview: Springfield, Missouri is home to a KraftHeinz manufacturing facility with nearly 1,000 employees. The site was built in the 1950s and has expanded to its current footprint, operating across three business units: Natural Cheese, Processed Cheese, and Dinners (including Blue Box Mac & Cheese). The plant operates 24/7 across multiple shifts. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Plant HR Business Partner, the Senior Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day administration and execution of HR policies, programs, and processes. This role partners with plant leaders and employees to deliver measurable business results through effective workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, performance management, staffing, compliance, and HR analytics.
