Manager, M&A and Corporate Development

Build a climate-positive future with us. We are now looking for a Manager, M&A and Corporate Development to play a key role in driving Nevel’s growth and long-term value creation. In this role, you will work at the heart of Nevel’s strategic agenda, executing acquisitions and contributing to broader corporate development initiatives in a private equity-owned environment. You will join a small, highly hands-on M&A team and work closely with the Director, M&A & Corporate Development, with strong exposure to Nevel’s Management Team, Board and owners. Key responsibilities include: You will be responsible for managing M&A processes end-to-end, from early opportunity identification to transaction execution and post-decision follow-up. You will actively contribute to investment decision-making and work closely with business units to ensure value-creating outcomes.
