Job DetailsJob Location: Kobernick House - Sarasota, FL 34235Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyAviva Senior Living is hiring for a part-time Floor Technician. Position is Saturday & Sunday, 8a-4:30p. The Floor Technician implements facility maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet resident needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to: Follows established maintenance schedules, overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas such as dining rooms. Performs housekeeping and cleaning activities within well established guidelines and assigned areas to ensure that quality standards, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met. Satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule. Reports equipment/cleaning product needs and or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
