Job description

Job Title: Advanced Scientist - Process Technology Summary: In this role, you will lead chemical process development and scale-up programs across a broad range of silicone and organic intermediates as well as finished products. You will drive Process Technology initiatives focused on advancing new products and processes from laboratory through pilot scale into full manufacturing, while developing cost-effective chemical processes, improving yields, and reducing raw material costs. You will manage projects spanning early-stage research, scale-up activities, and ongoing support and troubleshooting of established manufacturing processes, taking independent ownership of projects where required. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development chemists, laboratory technicians, procurement, quality, and production engineering. A strong commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards is essential, as you will ensure compliance in both laboratory and production environments while actively driving continuous improvement.
