Sr Plant Engineering Lead

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Newark Pipe Technical Leader will ensure that all manufacturing processes are robust and operationally capable for the manufacture of product that meets quality requirements and cost objectives. He/she will provide technical leadership in the resolution of manufacturing problems, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization, including customers and suppliers. The person in this position helps to establish and implement organizational strategies, standards, and practices to achieve best-in-class performance. He/she will succeed by effectively engaging all levels of the operation. This position also manages all aspects of quality systems and structure at the local level. The successful candidate will have demonstrated successful leadership in prior roles and will continue to develop leadership skills in this role. This position is a member of the Pipe Leadership team.
