We welcome both new applicants and those who previously applied!* Your Role in Our Mission: The Mobile Prevention Coordinator will provide clinical and coordination services for REACH Mobile Prevention Team in the individuals home and/or community settings. Primary duties include on-site and telephonic/telehealth crisis prevention and intervention services, conducting observations, making recommendations, as well as safety planning and education.
