ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory ! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico. Responsibilities: Participate in day-to-day technical interface between the facility operations organization and the programmatic tenants in a facility or a collection of facilities. Assist in the day-to-day business operations functions and in the development and deliverance of facility operations-focused programs, policies, processes, and procedures in support of safe and compliant facility operations. Provide guidance on governmental regulations and Laboratory guidelines. Conduct incident and general issue management investigations and reporting. Participate in or support readiness reviews for operations. Support the activity approval process. Develop and maintain required operational documentation and procedural manuals. Plan and budget.
