Job Overview Contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Complies with current ISO requirements, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements. A Day In The Life: What will help you thrive in this role? - To set up and operate rubber encapsulation machine, per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and process sheet - Adhere to all safety regulations for the safety of self and others. - Assure that machine is operated with proper mold, and at proper temperature. - Perform at a level to maintain production standards. - May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements. - Inspect product to assure continued conformance to specifications. - Completes all documents, performs required rework to nonconforming product. - May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements. - Assure that machine is operated with proper mold, and at proper temperature. - Perform other duties as directed by supervisors - Education and/or experience – High school diploma or GED preferred.
