This position is required to be on-site. Key Role: development of maintenance requirements. - Perform specific duties and responsibilities related to Mechanical engineering including evaluating HVAC systems, products, and components and applications. - Oversees A&E designs. - Monitors A&E’s progress and work quality. - Review AF Requirements & Optimization (R&O) playbook for project initiations and - Provides the scope definition, specification, studies, budgeting and write-up into project proposals of mechanical engineering projects and prepares initial government cost estimates for small projects. - Perform inspections on completed project work along with equipment installations capturing Real Property data. - Ability...
