Overview Microsoft Business Operations (MBO) is a large-scale, global organization that enables Commercial and Consumer Revenue Operations, Product and Program Launches, SKU/Pricing Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management programs across Microsoft. MBO partners with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to increase deal velocity and quality, reduce transaction costs, and ensure strong operational and regulatory compliance. MBO is accountable for critical enterprise risk programs including Global Trade, Responsible AI, Anti-Corruption, and Digital Safety. This Process Excellence Director role is on the Operations Enablement team within MBO. The Operations Enablement team is chartered to leverage AI and process/continuous improvement frameworks/tools to accelerate operational and business outcomes while maintaining trust, compliance, and resilience.
