Alliant Insurance is hiring an Associate Counsel for our Senior Market Sales office location in Omaha, NE! POSITION HIGHLIGHTS - This role is primarily focused on transactional matters, including the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, such as vendor and technology agreements. Hybrid role working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in office and Monday and Wednesday remotely. Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30 - 2:00 PM on Fridays SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Assistant General Counsels, the Associate Counsel will be responsible for advising Alliant corporate departments and business groups on a broad spectrum of legal matters and for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of contracts and other forms, in addition to other general corporate and compliance matters.
