Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Greet Guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with requests such as directions, property questions, and reservations. Respond to all Guest inquiries in accordance with established company policy, procedures, and AAA Four Diamond standards. Escort hotel Guests to their rooms. Assist with Guests’ luggage and belongings to and from rooms and vehicles. Check baggage for Guests at front desk and assist with luggage pick up and drop off. Offer information pertaining to available on-property services and facilities and off-property points of interest, entertainment, and attractions. Log, track and dispatch bell services in the hotel.
