Job description

Fulfillment Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all aspects of customer service within a 3rd Party warehouse and fulfillment environment. Fulfillment Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Ensure warehouse security, cleanliness and safety standards are adhered to - Effectively present information and solutions to customers, prospective clients and other employees of the organization - Manage customer accounts and act as point of contact for customer service related needs - Be an active participant in the process of obtaining new revenue generating opportunities - Responsible for the training and onboarding of new customers to the DC order system - Utilize a WMS system to verify rates are accurate and audit daily Warehouse transactions for accurate billing to our customers - Answer phone calls / emails from potential new customers and the sales team, actively seeking new leads and business, building and managing partner relationships - Work with the pricing team to get new customer quotes, present quotes, participate / lead conference calls, on-board new customers - Work with the W...
