Essential Responsibilities: This description of job responsibilities is intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but is not intended to describe minor duties or other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. - Leads and oversees organizational process improvement activities and strategic initiatives through the application of change management and lean methodology to facilitate organizational adoption & growth. - Oversees Project Management Office (PMO) and manages enterprise portfolio of projects; identifies business cases, resource constraints, cross-dependencies & risks for the organization. - Facilitates collective accomplishment of targeted organizational goals and KPIs to include improved productivity, increased fiscal responsibility, enhanced efficiency, and favorable business outcomes. - Fosters organizational adoption of project management, strategic development, and process improvement methodology (and all associated processes & tools). - Develops business cases and executive summaries for strategic proposals including scope, timelines, short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives that align with organizational goals, and ensu...
