About the Role: The Associate Recruiting Manager – Global Assessment & Selection Services is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the firm’s global associate assessment and selection frameworks, while leading the global strategy for associate assessment and selection, owning the design, evaluation, and ongoing evolution of assessment frameworks and methodologies across both entry level and lateral hiring.
