People Advisor Location: Cressex - Hybrid Role, required to work at various sites across the UK Contract type: Permanent / Full time About the role: As a People Advisor at Biffa, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, expert people advice to managers across the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage a broad range of employee relations cases, provide practical and legally sound guidance, and support key business change projects including restructures and TUPE transfers. Partnering closely with People Business Partners and operational teams, you’ll help drive fair outcomes, support business performance, and make a real impact for both our people and the business.
